As the world moves towards renewable energy sources, Tesla is at the forefront of innovation in the automotive industry. With its range of electric vehicles, solar panels, and Powerwall batteries, Tesla is leading the way in sustainable technologies. If you’re looking to purchase one of their products or have a question about an existing product, it’s important to know how to contact Tesla.
This article will provide an overview of the different ways to contact Tesla. We’ll explore how to call their customer service phone number, submit a question or comment through the website, reach out on social media, visit your local Tesla store, contact them via email, and use the live chat feature.
Call Tesla’s Customer Service Phone Number
The most direct way to get in touch with Tesla is by calling their customer service phone number. You can find the right number for your region on their website or by searching online. Once you have the number, you can call and speak directly with a customer service representative who can answer your questions and address any issues you may have.
When calling, be sure to have all the relevant information ready. This includes your order number (if applicable), VIN number, and any other details that might be helpful. The more prepared you are, the easier it will be for the customer service representative to help you.
Submit a Question or Comment Through the Tesla Website
If you don’t want to call customer service, you can also submit a question or comment through the Tesla website. To do this, first navigate to the “Contact Us” page on the Tesla website. Once there, you’ll be able to fill out a form with your question or comment. Make sure to include all the relevant information such as your order number (if applicable) and VIN number.
Once you’ve filled out the form, you can submit it and a customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive a response within that time frame.
Reach Out to Tesla on Social Media
Another way to get in touch with Tesla is through social media. Tesla has accounts on various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. You can use these platforms to send messages directly to Tesla, although it’s important to note that they may not respond to every message.
When sending a message, be sure to include all the relevant information such as your order number (if applicable) and VIN number. Also, make sure to keep your message concise and to the point in order to maximize the chances of getting a response.
Visit Your Local Tesla Store
If you’d like to speak with someone face-to-face, you can visit your local Tesla store. You can find the nearest store by using the store locator on the Tesla website. When you arrive, you’ll be able to speak with one of the Tesla staff members who can answer any questions you may have.
It’s important to note that some stores may be closed due to the current pandemic. Be sure to check the store locator before visiting to make sure the store you’re planning to visit is open.
Contact Tesla Through Email
If you’d prefer to contact Tesla through email, you can do so by sending an email to their customer service department. You can find the right email address by searching online. When crafting your email, be sure to include all the relevant information such as your order number (if applicable) and VIN number.
Also, make sure to keep your email concise and to the point. This will increase the chances of getting a response from a customer service representative.
Use Tesla’s Live Chat Feature
Finally, you can use Tesla’s live chat feature to get in touch with a customer service representative. To access it, simply navigate to the “Contact Us” page on the Tesla website and click the “Live Chat” button. From there, you’ll be able to type your question or comment and a customer service representative will respond in real time.
It’s important to note that the live chat feature is only available during certain hours. Be sure to check the website to make sure the live chat feature is available before trying to use it.
In conclusion, if you need to get in touch with Tesla, there are several ways to do so. You can call their customer service phone number, submit a question or comment through the website, reach out on social media, visit your local Tesla store, contact them via email, and use the live chat feature.
No matter which method you choose, be sure to have all the relevant information ready. This will make it easier for the customer service representative to help you with your query or issue.

I want to contact Tesla Support to help with my Premium Connectivity subscription. None of the methods you suggest to contact Tesla are available. There are NO phone numbers listed anywhere that I can navigate to. There are NO email addresses. There is NO live chat. All the support pages say “in your Tesla app” or “on the vehicle screen”. It is impossible to contact a person!
I am Mr. Phillip Chang, financial officer at China Trust Commercial Bank. There is a financial executive business proposal that i would like to execute with a reliable and consistent partner. Kindly contact me by replying to the email.

Tom, you are absolutely correct. Tesla wants your money but does NOT want to give us Customer Service and I despise ROBOTs. I bought Tesla Solar City solar panels back in 2012 and it cost me $6000.00 and in 2021 I started trying to get in touch with Tesla Solar City. Solar City didn’t exist anymore. Today, 5 March I received an email from Tesla telling me they had lost connection with my solar monitor, and to contact them. Did they give me a phone number, NO. Did they give me an email address, NO. Their email was the typical NO Response or is that NO Reply. SO, what am I supposed to do. Their websites have numbers to call that do not reach a Living Person, just more stupid Robots. How does Tesla continue to exist????
